10 Ways To Cure Boredom

Being stuck at home can result in many of us to be bored and feel like there’s nothing to do. Here’s 10 ways to help your boredom.

#1 Cook or Bake – Cooking and baking is a great way to occupy your time for a little bit. It can give you the opportunity to get creative and make something great out of it!

#2 Workout – Since many sports have been cancelled due to the circumstances that we are under, it’s important to stay in shape even during the “off season”. 

#3 Clean – Having all of this free time can give you time to do some spring cleaning, reorganize your room or bathroom. 

#4 Board Games – Spend some quality time with your family and pull out a board game or two to occupy your time for a while, plus who doesn’t love a good competition!

#5 Have a Movie Night – Watching a movie can take up to two hours or longer, what a great way to unwind and relax!

#6 Binge watch a show – Watch an old favorite show or a new show, starting a TV series is a great way to keep you occupied. 

#7 Fun Experiments – Look up some fun experiments you can try out, it could be like you’re back in science class. 

#8 Facetime/Skype a friend or family member – Get in touch with someone you haven’t talked to in awhile, who knows where the conversation may lead!

#9 Do a Puzzle – A puzzle can be a great way to occupy your time and can be a fun challenge! How long does it take you to complete a puzzle?

#10 Go outside while you can – Go outside and get some fresh air while you can! Throw a ball around or do sidewalk chalk.
