Avery Thomas & Plans The Future

Future business woman Avery Thomas has been working on herself. Thomas, a senior, is currently enrolled in a dance studio out of school, along with being a part of the Liberty girls dance team. Even though her passion for dance is strong, her motivation for marketing and business is even stronger. Thomas is hoping to follow in her father’s footsteps and pursue a career in business.
Thomas is currently 17 years old, and has been an Eagle for almost three years now. As a junior, she took advanced marketing. “I did pretty well so I worked with that aspect and it kind of intrigued me and also my dad is in business,” Thomas said.
Her dad works with stocks and other business and marketing things. Thomas is also “passionate about the relationships with my friends and my family.” At school, she is a part of the dance team. But out of school she participates in competitive dance and is a hard-working employee at Target saving up for college.
Despite all of the great things going on in her life, she is already prepared for her future. “I’m going to Missouri State for college,” she said, “and I’m going to be majoring in business. I don’t really know exactly what I’m going to be doing in business, but I know I will be majoring in it.”
All in all, Thomas has great potential and will definitely be showing it off soon.
