Allegations against David Burke, aka “D4vd,” are unraveling fast. The so-called Discord screenshots that sparked the outrage show obvious signs of Photoshop, mismatched fonts, cropped timestamps, and formatting errors that wouldn’t fool a freshman in computer class.

MarkyNextDoor, another influencer who was wrongfully dragged into the mess by these same fake screenshots, proving just how careless and destructive these rumors have become.

The fact that these images were posted by anonymous accounts that vanished overnight leads to the notion that the whole thing was a staged takedown by someone clearly envious of their fame and fortune. How can anyone take this seriously?

People online have even started the rumor she was pregnant at the time of her death, with her official death certificate showing she was not. This smear campaign has gotten so bad to where people have just started lying and spreading propaganda when the focus should be on the victim.

And instead of taking real evidence to the police, supposed “witnesses” rushed to TikTok to rack up views. One teacher even admitted Burke visited the middle school daily for Celeste, but kept quiet until after the allegations surfaced.

If safety was really the priority, why stay silent for so long? Why speak out only when the spotlight was brightest?

The police who have seized all of d4vd’s electronics have not found any real evidence of any crime being committed. Burke is not in custody, he is not a suspect, and is cooperating with police. The police have not found any proof of Celeste being at a concert, living with him, or even being in contact with him at this moment. This entire “case” is all hearsay, which is not usable in a court of law, and we must remember why we created innocence before guilt.

And the logic simply doesn’t hold. Why would a millionaire with global success hide a body in his own car — a car that was stolen while he was hundreds of miles away performing? Why would he risk everything to cover up a crime so sloppily, when he has resources that could bury the truth if he wanted? Why would “paid-off witnesses” still stay silent after a death?

The timeline is broken, the motives are obvious, and the entire case collapses under scrutiny.

This “case” isn’t about justice for Celeste Rivas Hernandez. It’s about tearing down David Burke. It’s about envy, spectacle, and clicks. Until facts emerge through proper channels, we must remember why the principle of innocence before guilt exists, because without it, rumors will always win over truth.

D4vd needs to own up for his unforgivable actions.

D4vd is a singer and song writer also a content creator and live streamer. He started off making music in Soundcloud then later on started releasing music on more popular platforms because he started to grow in fame Nov, 1, 2021 after “Romantic Homicide” and “Feel It” got popular on Tiktok and Soundcloud.

“One coincidence is just a coincidence, two coincidences are a clue, three coincidences are proof” – Agatha Christie.

D4vd is guilty. If he’s not guilty of murder, then he’s guilty of having relations with a minor. A few examples as to why he is guilty is a video of Celeste’s teacher talking about how David was always at the school talking/hanging out with her and students. He was home schooled when he was younger so he had no business being at a middle school when he was already about to graduate/graduated. On Fox News, it states that the teacher talked about how d4vd would come and get her, she ran away from home, the cops found her in Hollywood, and brought her back to school.

The most obvious one is that Celeste was in his car. Not in his friends but his car. Teslas have so many security features like cameras, GPS tracking, sentry mode, etc. the one that stuck out to me was the GPS tracking. His car was reported missing on Aug. 25. Why didn’t he just track his car? Why didn’t he use camera evidence to prove he’s not guilty?  Not to mention the cameras also have audio too. So it would help put a voice or face to who did this upsetting crime.

Celeste was being groomed by d4vd. This is because she isn’t even close to the maturity level that he was at. She was in 7th grade. And again he already graduated high school. She has little to no experience with real genuine world problems while d4vd has been old enough to experience them for three-ish years now like paying bills, paying taxes, voting, etc.

In her very vulnerable state, it makes it easy for her to be a target for grooming. A few signs of d4vd grooming Celeste would be him building a lot of trust with her. Celeste’s ex-boyfriend claimed that Celeste had a very troubled home life and claimed that her parents were really mean to her. When someone is having a rough time in their life, it can really make people vulnerable and easy to manipulate.

Going back to what Celeste’s teacher said…he said that David would come get her from school and how they wouldn’t see her for a long time. I think that she left with him a lot at the time because her home life wasn’t great so he was her escape. She felt safe with him.

Next he would isolate her from her family. It’s not like she wanted to be home. She was with the only person that she really felt safe with so she had no reason to want to go back. He had a lot of money to buy her the things she wants, things she needs, etc. She had no business being with a 19 year old, almost 20 at the time. The age gap is really concerning and overall shows that he was basically a pedofile.

D4vd could also be a detective mole. He is being described and very cooperative by police. He has connections to lawyers and the police force so he probably knows his way around and what they do. It wouldn’t be that hard for him to ease his way in and change a few things.

D4vd needs to own up for his unforgivable actions. Celeste Rivas would have had a bright future and deserves justice for what happened to her and so do the millions of children that had to go through something similar and she did.
