Clout Chasers

Caroline Ward and Savannah Meyer are both dressed like “clout chasers”. So basically clout is a different word for fame but clout is fame you get from someone else. At first glance you can’t really even tell that they’re clout-chasers, but their clout glasses on top of their heads is what makes them clout chasers. This is what makes this meme iconic.
