How do you feel about the school district’s decision to halt school until April 24?

“I feel the school district made the best decision because this is more than just a virus, it’s a pandemic. Schools generally have 2,000 or more kids in them so if one person gets COVID-19 it will spread like wildfire through the district.”

How has this virus affected your life (other than school) and what has family done in response?

“Well like any other family we stocked up on a lot of stuff. It has affected my family because my mom works for AT&T and she’s a corporate officer so she only works two days a week now instead of five and my dad’s a firefighter so he has to work no matter what.”

Looking at all the grocery stores, do you think some people’s response to this virus is necessary and why?

“I think people are doing the right thing about it!”
