Dessa Outman

Dessa Outman is a member of the swim and soccer teams and is involved in All of Us Club and German Club. She believes she would not change anything about her high school experience as every challenge makes you who you are. Her favorite high school memory would be winning the fifth consecutive GAC championship for the swim team. She will miss her friends, teachers who always ask how your day is going, and Herr Stoll’s book recommendations. She is most impacted by the little acts of kindness teachers have shown her. “I realized that even small signals can show you care, and so I started to give out those small signals too,” Outman said. After high school, she plans to major in English and German and minor in creative writing at Missouri State University.
