 I have been in quarantine for seven days.

I was quarantined due to contact tracing.

I have not exhibited symptoms.

4. Have you gotten a COVID test? If so, were the results negative or positive?

 I have not taken a covid test.

5. How were you informed that you would be quarantined?

 Through a phone call to my parents.

6. How has your time in quarantine been?

My time in quarantine has been very boring and I have no sense of structure.

7. Has it been hard to learn/participate in school while in quarantine?

It has been hard to learn, because there are many things that can’t be done virtually, as well as the fact that I have to make up a lot of tests when I return to school.
