How has working from home affected your work stress?
Erin: “I’d say it’s gone up.”
Has working from home affected your company overall? Is your company doing well?
Erin: “I’m pretty sure they’re still doing well. We’re an industry that can pretty much work from anywhere.”
Do you find yourself easily distracted working from home? Why? Explain.
Erin: “Yes. I feel like it’s easier to get distracted working from home because you don’t have your supervisors constantly checking up on you constantly.”
Has your company changed since you’ve been working from home? Are there any new rules or regulations?
Erin: “They’ve changed some things about our job but I don’t think it was because of the working from home situation.”
Do you think working from home is easier or more difficult?
Erin: “There are some parts that I feel are more difficult, but others I think that have been easier.”
Do you prefer working from home or in the office?
Erin: “I like working at home, overall. I miss some of the social aspects of working in the office, though.”
When will you go back to the office?
Erin: “We have no idea as of now.”
Will there be different rules in the office?
Erin: “Yes. They put up plexiglass around our cubicles. Only a certain amount of people can go back at a time and we will rotate out,”
Are you ready to go back?
Erin: “No, I’m perfectly content working at home. I don’t really want to go back to all of the rules.”
