Q: How do you feel about going all virtual?

A: “Bittersweet, but it’s necessary.”

Q: How did you feel when we were in school and people were getting quarantined?

A: “Chaotic. Every day you didn’t know what to expect.”

Q: Are you happy with the way the Wentzville School District has handled the coronavirus?

A: “Yes. I think they’re doing the best they can at this time.”

Q: At any point during this school year were you afraid of getting coronavirus due to the way the district handled the pandemic?

A: “Yes, but not because of the district just because of being in school. I just figured it would happen eventually.”

Q: Do you think this school year has positively or negatively impacted your grades and mental health?

A: “Negatively, no question.”

Q: Is there something you as a teacher think the district could do to help the students during these times?

A: “No.”

Q: Would you rather do all virtual, hybrid, or all in person at this time, if you could choose?

A: “Hybrid.”
