“Verity” by Colleen Hoover was recently announced becoming a movie. It was picked up by Amazon MGM Studios and will be directed by Michael Showalter. The release date is currently unknown but casting has been selected with Anne Hathaway casted as main character Verity Crawford.

The 2025 version will be expected to release in July and directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson. Starring from the original movie Jennifer Love Hewitt and Freddie Prinze Jr. will be returning as Julie James and Ray Bronson. This movie will also be starring Madelyn Cline, Nicholas Alexander Chavez, Chase Sui Wonders, and Gabriette Bechtel.
“The Housemaid” by Freida McFadden is a 2022 novel set to come to screens in Dec. of 2025. This book has been a bestseller for over a year now and was recently picked up by Amazon MGM Studios. This movie will be starring Sydney Sweeney who will play the titular housemaid, Millie, Amanda Seyfried and “It Ends With Us” star Brandon Sklenar (playing the wealthy couple, Nina and Andrew), with Paul Feig of “Bridesmaids.”
“People We Meet On Vacation” by Emily Henry will be set to air on Netflix in 2025 with no set release date. It will be directed by Brett Haley and will be starring Tom Blyth and Emily Bader as its main characters alongside an ensemble cast that includes Sarah Catherine Hook, Jameela Jamil, Lucien Laviscount, and Lukas Gage.
