More than half of teens in the United States spend an average of nine hours a day on their cell phones research shown by Quartz.com.  With the internet growing bigger and bigger each day, how do we know when enough is enough?

The big question is, can we really survive without our phones after learning to rely on it for nearly everything you encounter within a day? Leaning on them for so much has caused us to think of our phones as a security blanket. Phones can cause stress when we reach into our pockets to find it not there.

After staying up till 3 a.m. on our phones, wake up in the morning tired and unprepared for the day ahead. When will we stop and put down our phones and call it a day? Will that ever happen?
