Liberty drops season debut to Timberland in hard-fought thriller

In an action-packed thriller against rival Timberland, the Liberty boys basketball team came up a just a bit short. Timberland won 60-57 as Liberty’s last second half-court shot rimmed out. Kale Catchings and Jaylen Sims both had 19 points apiece to lead the Eagles.
