On Friday, Dec. 1st at 7:01 p.m. math teacher Mr. Hysong welcomed his new baby into the world. His name is Graham Christopher and he was 7 lbs. 5 ounces. This is Hysong’s second child. His daughter, Evelyn, is very excited.

“She always shows Graham whatever she’s playing with and she likes to kiss him on the top of his head,” Hysong said.

He decided to return to school after only two days of being gone so his wife could take a longer maternity leave. He said he was ready to be back and missed everyone.

“Hysong is great teacher and I think he’ll be a great dad. He seems to be doing a great job with Evelyn and he handles teenagers well so I think he’s prepared for when they’re older,” junior Taylor Cunningham said. 

Everyone is glad to welcome a new member to the Liberty family.
