Holidays bring people together and they also have many customs and traditions. Valentine’s Day is notorious for candy and sweets. Many local restaurants have included special Valentine’s themed food on their menus.

Chick-fil-A is selling special heart trays with chicken minis, cookies, brownies, and chicken nuggets. Sadeel Eid (10) bought the chicken minis heart tray and loved it.

“They were the best chicken minis I’ve ever had,” Eid said.

Eid also agreed that the heart tray made the chicken minis better. Kaleigh Reitzner (10) also got chicken mini heart trays and loved it as well.

“I rate them 10/10, I love how it comes with so many different options,” Reitzner said.

Dunkin Donuts also had new items for Valentine’s Day, like heart shaped doughnuts with brownie batter flavoring and a strawberry doughnut filled with creme. They also have many original doughnuts in heart shapes, and doughnuts with festive Valentine’s Day themed sprinkles.

Seven Brew also has Valentine’s Day themed drinks, which include; a “Love Potion” energy drink, a raspberry truffle macchiato, a cocoberry fizz with cream, Cupid’s Special Mocha, and a fruit roll up flavored fizz.

Alissa Bybee (10) loved the fruit roll up fizz.

“It was really sweet and good, and it tasted just like the real thing,” Bybee said.
