Summary:

This documentary mini-series is an in-depth dive into the OJ Simpson (Orenthal James Simpson) murder case. This case is debated amongst Americans, and lots of people thought he was not guilty. Prosecutors involved in the case are certain that he is guilty, since all of the evidence points to him, and his blood was found at the scene. This debate tore America apart especially after the killing of Rodney King, and the riots that followed after his brutal killing by the LAPD. In this case, Nicole Brown (OJ’s ex wife) and Ron Goldman (her friend). She was nearly decapitated, and Ron was stabbed 22 times. The documentary interviews key friends and family of OJ, as well as the police involved in the case, and the neighbors that found Nicole. They also show video footage of the trial, we also get to see the testimonies against and for OJ. He was eventually found not guilty in the court of law, but in a civil court was found fully guilty and was forced to pay $33.5 million in damages to both of the victim’s families.

OJ is Guilty!

I think OJ Simpson is guilty, because all of the evidence points to him. I mean, in the documentary his blood was found at the scene, and the blood was found on the left side of the foot prints, and his left hand was bleeding. His fingerprints were also found inside the white Bronco, and outside of it too, his blood and Nicole’s blood inside the Bronco too.

He was not accounted for a full hour when Nicole and Ron died. Also if he didn’t kill Nicole, why would he run away in the white Bronco? Why would he try commit suicide? If he did not do it, why would he do all of these things? And you might be thinking, “Well, what about the gloves?” The prosecution clearly states that the glove got shrinked up by the blood, what more explanation would you need from that?

Also if you think this was all racially motivated, or that they only went for him as a suspect, then yes, the circumstances were close since Rodney King was killed. But, not all police are like that, and detective Mark Fuhrman, even owned up to what he said back then. All in all, I believe that OJ Simpson is guilty.

OJ was wrongly accused

I believe that OJ Simpson isn’t guilty, because to start there wasn’t even real evidence that led back to him, that proves that he was guilty. There was also no reasonable evidence that he killed his ex wife (Nicole Brown), and Nicole Brown’s supposed friend (Ron Goldman).

There was also such poor evidence such as evidence being poorly handled by police, and the alleged, and misconduct of key witnesses like detective (Mark Fuhrman). Additionally, they pointed out the issue, like the glove that was left at the scene, appeared to not fit OJ Simpson’s hand, also the defense lawyer also noted that the murder weapon was never found , and there were no bloody, or even fingerprints of OJ that was found at the crime scene.

And there was a lack of clear timeline of events, which fueled the beliefs that the police had mishandled the investigation, for example, the evidence found at the scene was never properly bagged. The DNA found was never properly refrigerated, so there was a claim of cross-contamination by the defense. Rodney King was killed two years prior to the investigation, and there was a claim by the defense that they only investigated OJ because he was black. All in all, he was found not guilty.

Do you think OJ Simpson is guilty or not guilty?
