Avengers: Infinity War is set to be the greatest cinematic superhero movie of all time.

All 10 years worth of Marvel movies have been leading up to this moment. From the first Iron Man movie back in 2006, all of the Marvel movies have led up to Infinity War in 2018. The first time we saw the villainous titan Thanos was back in 2012 when the first Avengers movie was released. We saw him at the final end credit, grinning his evil grin into the camera, just radiating his power from the screen to the views.

Now we’ve reached the peak of the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) where all of the superheroes we’ve been introduced to so far will finally meet and team up against their greatest foe, Thanos. The Avengers, along with The Guardians of the Galaxy and other allies like Dr. Strange, Black Panther, Ant-Man and more will all have to learn to team up against the greatest villain in all of the MCU.

After finally watching the movie twice, once regular and then again in IMAX, I can guarantee that this film truly lives up to its hype. Without giving away too much, all I can say is the movie really does have its highs and lows. It’ll make you laugh and feel excited. But it’ll also tug at your heartstrings and make you both sad and confused. I highly recommend going to the theater sometime this week and watching this movie. It really is the best superhero movie of the century.
