Will These Three Be Slain In ‘Endgame?’

Are these characters ready to exit this series or not on April 26?

Evidence for Tony Stark’s Death:

“If you could make God bleed, people would cease to believe him,” said Ivan Vanko (Whiplash, Iron Man 2). “All this for a drop of blood,” said by Thanos in his fight with Iron Man in Avengers: Infinity War. Was one of Tony’s toughest villains onto something? Maybe Ivan didn’t think he’d kill Tony, but he always had an idea a bigger force would. Thanos and Tony have always been connected in a way. Tony was described as “cold” and “calculated” while growing up. These two individuals have both also wanted to help mankind, it’s just their methods that show the real difference between them. As Ho Yinsen said in Iron Man, “Don’t waste your life.” This leads into Stark’s “legacy” which has come true according to Yinsen, especially since Thanos said “…I hope they remember you”. Finally, speaking of his “legacy”, he has an apprentice of sorts, Peter Parker. In Spider-Man: Homecoming, character Miles Morales was hinted at in an interrogation scene. What is the next logical step for Peter’s character? To teach Miles like Tony taught him. It would be a perfect way to carry on Iron Man & Spider-Man. My conclusion, Tony Stark will die at the hand of Thanos in Avengers: Endgame.

Evidence for Thor Odinson’s Death:

Thor and Thanos are opposites on the morality scale, but similar in the way of combat. Always saying a quote or one-liner before finishing off their opponent. Like Thor learned at the end of Thor: The Dark World, he is just a machine ready to protect humanity, not a king. He has many adventures left. As he said himself Avengers: Infinity War, “You know, I’m 1,500 years old. I’ve killed twice as many enemies as that.” Character Beta Ray Bill was hinted at in Thor: Ragnarok. A team-up is essential for each of these two. Also, now that Thor’s family is gone, he can show us what he is without their shadow hovering over him. “…I’m only alive because fate wants me alive” (Avengers: Infinity War). My conclusion, Thanos will not kill Thor. Thor will be the one to defeat Thanos.

Evidence for Steven Rogers’ Death:

We know Steve will take the bullet and help take Thanos head-on, but how will it end? Every movie, including Avengers: Infinity War, he’s had a moment of self sacrifice. All he wants to do is protect. This is making me notice a common theme between the Avengers and Thanos. They both just want to help. Back to his potential fight with Thanos, there are two ways this could go in my opinion. It really comes down to how Marvel wants fans to feel. The first way is for Thor and Steven to defeat Thanos using two hammers, most likely Mjolnir and Stormbreaker. We’ve seen Steven is nearly worthy in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Quite possibly, Steven might die next to Tony, who he hasn’t seen since Captain America: Civil War. My conclusion, I am indecisive whether or not Steven Rogers will die in Avengers: Endgame.
