As 7 Brew is coming up to their seventh year in business and has grown in such popularity recently, people have been wondering, which is better, Starbucks or 7 Brew?
7 Brew was first founded in 2017 by Ron Crume. His dream was to have a fun desire to change a drive through coffee place into a fun experience for everyone. The first 7 Brews were only in Arkansas and have now the pop-up coffee stands have traveled across the US with multiple locations in each state. A location on Sommers Road opened last May and each morning a long line of cars wind around the parking lot and creates a logjam of traffic
“7 Brew is just generally better. From the coffee to even the workers,” Sadeel Eid (10) says.
Meanwhile, Starbucks has many people’s traditional go-to drink spot. However, according to Earnest Analytics, Starbucks have lost around 3% of business this year while 7 Brew has increased about 500% from February 2023-2024. A poll on LHStoday had 36 out of 46 people prefer 7 Brew.
However, with that being said, Starbucks definitely still does have loyal customers who have remained loyal.
“If I have the choice, I’ll always choose Starbucks,” Kaleigh Reitzner (10) said. “7 Brew is mostly just coffee and energy drinks while Starbucks has a wider variety and also has fun, refreshing drinks.”
