Cookies, Cocoa and Cramming is an event that Student Council puts on every year that gives students a place to study after school for finals. While studying for your finals, you get to drink hot cocoa and eat delicious cookies.
This year StuCo is deciding to host the event again. It will be held on Monday, Dec. 16, after school from 2:30-3:30 p.m. They have cookies and hot chocolate set out for people to get while they are studying with friends.
Cookies, cocoa and cramming is meant to give students a place to study for final exams with their friends at school while enjoying some snacks.
“I went to Cookies, Cocoa, and Cramming last year because me and all my friends were studying for our APUSH exam,” Sophia Sikes (11) said.
“Every year, this event is widely attended by a large group of students. It fills up half the cafeteria every year,” StuCo adviser Lindsey Holmes said.
This shows how many students show up to this event to study for finals and eat cookies and drink hot chocolate.
“We do this event so that students have a place to study with their friends,” Holmes said.
Students enjoy that it is fun to hang with friends and good to put extra time studying for finals. A lot of students benefited from this event last year.
“It helped me because it was fun studying with friends and the stuff we focused on I remember doing very well on,” Sikes said.
