Over the summer, I was able to visit Greece for the first time. Ever since I was little I wanted to go to Greece, so being able to actually go, see amazing places like the Parthenon and Santorini, and meeting family was an amazing experience. I traveled here with my yiaya (grandma in Greek) and was across the world without my parents for about a month. I am half Greek so I have a lot of relatives that live in Greece. I was able to meet so many of my family members that I would never have been able to meet before and it was so much fun. I am so glad I got to have this experience at such a young age, as some people are never able to travel to Europe ever. This is a short travel diary of all of the things I was able to see in Greece. I am sure I will be visiting Greece again so this is not a goodbye but a see you soon. I love you Greece.
