In Are You Bored Yet’s second episode, sophomores Emily Barnett and Fiona Flynn exchange opposing views on whether popular items, trends, events, and people should be presented in the media. The general audience of viewers and listeners on all types of media are drawn to certain topics based on different factors. Barnett and Flynn debate whether popular ideas should continue to be reported on since they are something the audience resonates with, or if they should not be reported on since they are things people are already aware of.

Wow. I love this. Thank you. With great gratitude, I watch this. This is great. Oh. Yes. Yes yes yes. I loved the part where I got bored. Just kidding I didn’t. You guys are fire. Just vibing on the mic. I respect it. I think you guys should talk about the state of current music. There’s this one rapper that’s really popular lately. You might know him his name is The Baby. He has a great hit song called “Suge” right now (it’s pronounced like “soog”). Thank you and please give The Baby a chance.
