In this episode of Wild Cooking, we’ll be cooking deer burgers with a scenic view of the Missouri River. We used ground venison sourced from Tyler Schultz’s deer he harvested this past November. The ingredients we used were just salt and ground pepper with some garlic powder. We topped the burgers with sautéed onions and a slice of muenster cheese. We also used ketchup and mustard as condiments but those are up to you.
