The Philadelphia Eagles are tearing through the NFL right now with an 8-0 record and leading the NFC East. They are sitting at the top of the best division record wise in the league right now, and they aren’t showing any signs of stopping. They beat their division rival Cowboys when their starting quarterback Dak Prescott was injured.

Though the Eagles might not look like the best team on paper, they are performing very well. They haven’t scored less than 20 points in a game this year because of their high-powered offense. On paper you would’ve never guessed where the Eagles would be at right now. Though I do believe that their winning streak will come to an end very soon, I don’t believe there is any way for them to not end up making the playoffs this year.

There will probably end up being multiple divisions where multiple teams make it like the Cowboys and the Eagles and possibly even the Giants if they keep up with their pace but what would be crazy is if they ran this streak all the way to the Super Bowl and ended up with a perfect season which hasn’t been done in 50 years. Fifty years ago the 1972 Miami Dolphins went 16-0 and ended up winning the whole thing. One of the Eagles best players is AJ Brown, who has caught five touchdowns in the last three games and has built a great connection with third-year quarterback Jalen Hurts. Hurts is leading this team but not carrying them as it is a team effort every week as they try to become Super Bowl champs.
