Freshman Abby Lovell works hard in school, participates in cheerleading and loves coming to school to be surrounded by friends.
With cheerleading, comes family stresses. Even though Lovell faces stresses, she always has a positive outlook.
Lovell says that cheerleading is her biggest accomplishment that she has succeeded.
“I love working with the coaches and the challenge of learning new skills,” Lovell said.
She has loved cheering for the freshman football team and is looking forward to cheering for this upcoming seasons basketball team. For Lovell, her mom is her biggest inspiration, always being supportive.
Lovell, a former gymnast, says that switching to cheerleading has been more different then expected. Even though she is really liking high school, so far she says that school is also her biggest challenge right now.
“Some of my goals are making cheer again and keeping my grades up,” Lovell said.
Getting a strong education this year is a hope Lovell strives to fulfill.
After a week of hard work at school, Lovell feels pride in passing her tests and doing well on assignments. At the end of the long day, Lovell’s favorite part of any day is going home.
As well as working hard in school and doing well in cheer, Lovell is also an amazing friend to everyone around her.
“Abby is caring and loving and always there,” sophomore Dylan Cumberland said.
Lovell is a kind and loyal girl who will do anything for her friends.
