Coach Hill takes over for Mr. Leonard as boys assistant tennis coach
Coach Hill is the new assistant boys tennis coach.

As the 2022 season begins for the boys’ tennis team, another season begins for Mr. Beau Hill.
Since Mr. Leonard no longer teaches here, there was an open spot for assistant tennis coach. Although he is new to the tennis scene, Hill is not new to coaching. He is one of the coaches for the football team.
“I am excited to be a tennis coach. I was hoping it would be me for a few weeks now. I always welcome a new challenge,” Hill said.
Being a coach involves individual relationships between you and your athletes, which is one of Hill’s favorite aspects of coaching.
“I have always loved getting people to reach their potential and being a mentor figure,” he said.
The players are excited that Hill is joining the tennis program.
Being a coach to a sport you are not too familiar with can come with challenges, but Hill is ready to face them head-on and is excited for this new journey. He says his manager crew is going to be the thing that helps him the most.
In Hill’s words, “It’s going to be like the first season of Ted Lasso, except I can’t rock a mustache as well as Jason Sudeikis.”
