Intrinsic. Tone Deaf. Under – A Bit About Snow. Stomach for a Storm. Metabolic. Those are just some of the titles from Lorelei Wise. Wise writes something every day, whether it’s just a sentence or a full poem.
From a young age, Wise has enjoyed writing. In fourth grade, when she would finish all her work, Wise started writing a historical fiction novel. It ended up being 60 pages long, and her teacher would read it in front of the class. Her writing is usually quite random, and always takes time. When she titles her pieces, she bases them off the vibes. Wise finds that writing helps her see the world through a different lens, and turn things into gold. “I like to look for the big picture everyday, because when you alchemize mundanity, it becomes valuable,” Wise said.
