“I have been preparing for this weekend by attending practices and really focusing on what my coach has told me to work on,” Bartles said.
Going to out-of-town also gives the girls an opportunity to bond with their teammates and support them in this tough meet. It is also very important for them to have a great relationship with their teammates for their relays, which they have been focusing on.
“I am excited to go out of town and have fun with my friends,” Anna Manne (9) said. Manne is also excited to make memories with her teammates.
Everyone on the team has been working hard for this meet and are ready to go against their tough competition at Mizzou.
