Riley Gotsch is a senior who has a passion for zoology. She hopes to major in zoology and minor in environmental science, but she’s not sure if she’s going to do lab work or field work. Gotsch wants to help save animals. “I hope that at some point in my life, I can have a rehabilitation center and help animals,” she said.
She has some reptiles as her pets, but if she could have any animal as a pet, she thinks it would be fun to have a raccoon or maybe even rescue some foxes. Her favorite animal is an African wild dog, which is also known as a painted wolf. Something she hates is Dubai chocolate – she just hates how much it’s being pushed more than any other food trends.
Some of her hobbies include arts and crafts, reading, and baking.
“The world is a mess right now,” she commented, revealing more of her passion for helping the earth and the animals who live there heal.
