Anna Simms, Editor-in-Chief of LHStoday.org
Anna Simms is the editor-in-chief of LHStoday.org and this is her third year in publications. She is also in her senior year and second year at SCC. After high school, Anna plans on going to a university to study biomedical sciences, and later get a doctorate. She is also a part of Liberty’s drama club as an executive board member, and has done both acting and tech. Outside of school, you can find Anna either taking photos, editing, hanging out with friends, listening to music, or reading!
Liz Hayes, Editor-in-Chief of Broadcast Media
Liz Hayes is a senior and this is her fourth year in publications. She is the editor-in-chief of broadcast media where she produces “The Eagle’s Eye” as well as the livestream producer. She is also a reporter for the Talon yearbook and LHSToday. She enjoys listening to music and working on publications in her free time. Liz hopes to be a director for a living. Her dream school is NYU and she hopes to live in NYC during and after college.
Megan Geisler, Sports Editor of Broadcast Media
Megan Geisler is a senior and this is her third year of publications. She is the sports editor for broadcast media and a reporter for LHS Today. She enjoys playing the trumpet and loves watching movies. Some of her favorite movies include “Mamma Mia” and anything Marvel. Outside of school you will often find her spending time outdoors hiking with her dogs or working at Chick-Fil-A.
Jacorrian Leach, Reporter
Jacorrion Leach is a senior and this is his first year in publications. In Jacorrion’s free time, he likes to make music and play football. He also likes working on cars. Jacorrion is from Mississippi and moved to Missouri in 2017. To pass time, he likes to drive his car, listen to music, watch movies, and play video games.
CJ Jefferson, Reporter
CJ Jefferson is a senior who is an athlete and participates in track. He gets along with people very well and is an open person. He’s moving to Texas for college and staying with his grandpa to get his finance degree. Also a fun fact about him is that he’s been playing the drums since he was 6.
Shae Earle, Reporter
Shae Earle is a senior and this is her second year in publications. She loves going on hikes, hanging out with friends, listening to music and traveling. Besides being with friends, she does throwing events for the school's track team and works at Chick-Fil-A. Shae wants to pursue a career in sports medicine after graduating and is very excited for life after high school.
Henry Sartain, Reporter
Henry Sartain is a senior and this is his second class involving publications. He has been at Liberty for all of his years in high school and when he’s not at school he loves to go on walks and watch TV. In his junior year, he was a part of journalism. He went out to get interviews with teachers and students and wrote stories about their accomplishments or the events they were a part of. He took many pictures of all kinds of events happening around the school, including Student Council, performances, and sports.
Will Bohn, Reporter
William Bohn is a senior and in his third year in publications. He had Broadcast Media last year and is doing Online News this year as well as Broadcast Media. He enjoys doing editing in publications. He currently works at St. Louis Bread Co. and he has been working there for over a year now. In his free time he likes to play with his pets, work out, and watch TV.
