She was married to Kanye West (m. 2014–2022), who gifted her a 20-carat diamond ring, part of a larger collection of jewelry, which was stolen from Kim Kardashian during the 2016 Paris robbery. The stolen ring was a gift from Kanye West, but the robbers also took other items like bracelets, necklaces, and watches, according to People.com. While the initial engagement ring (a smaller 15-carat stone) was not stolen because Kanye West had advised her not to wear both rings together, the more extravagant 20-carat ring was lost in the heist, says Collider. Reports from E! Online indicate that some of the stolen jewelry, including the ring, was melted down and sold, while others were never recovered.
Kardashian will testify in court in an upcoming French trial on May 13. She waited 9 years to testify in court, so what does this mean? She was able to live without that much luxury for years before suddenly caring about it again.
These huge numbers illustrate the irony of living situations between the average human and the super rich socialites. The pay gap is getting bigger and the rich stay rich. This is a reminder of the kind of world we live in. Behaviour unchallenged is behaviour accepted.

Of course, everything can’t just be drama, right? Kim Kardashian was bound and robbed at gunpoint by a number of masked assailants. With due course, Kardashian was traumatized by the event and is suing them as she rightfully should. Yet, it all could have been better, if she did it sooner.
