Why did you start this sport: I played it since I was little and I really liked it.
Pre-game ritual?: I don’t really have a pre-game ritual. I just do my warm-ups
Best memory ever from the sport: Our win against St. Dominic in the district finals. It was super cool.
Proudest moment in the sport: Getting double digit goals on varsity this year.
Biggest motivation: My dad. He cares about this a lot, maybe more than me. He really pushes me.
Are you planning to do this sport in the future/college: I’m really not sure about college. I was just thinking about doing it until high school because it’s really fun playing with my friends.
How do you stay focused when you’re under pressure: I’m usually always calm, I’m never really that nervous.
What advice would you give to someone starting this sport: Just have fun with it. It’s really not that big of a deal– It’s a really fun sport.
What is the most rewarding part about being an athlete in your sport: Definitely the team cheering you on, and scoring.
What’s so different about you being an athlete compared to other athletes?: I would say I’m pretty good but there are some athletes that are the same as me.
